Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

  1. Delivery Time-frame: All orders will be processed within one working day of receiving payment. Goods will be dispatched promptly and delivered without undue delay. Unless agreed otherwise, delivery will be completed no later than 30 days from the day on which the contract is entered. For orders placed on weekends, we will dispatch the goods on the next working day.
     

  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order. Any additional costs or services will be communicated clearly, and no charges will be added without your explicit consent.
     

  3. Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
     

  4. International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping. However, this may be due to change in the future.
     

Returns Policy
 
  1. Cancellation Right: You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you, receive the goods. If your order consists of multiple goods delivered on different days, the cancellation period will run from the day after the last item was received.
     

  2. How to Cancel: To exercise your cancellation right, please notify us of your decision by sending a clear statement to us via our chat bot in the bottom right of your screen. We will promptly send you an acknowledgement of your cancellation by email.
     

  3. Refunds: If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received, including any incurred delivery costs. Refunds will be processed without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back or receive evidence of their return. 

    In the event that a customer wishes to return an item to us on the claim that it is defective in some fashion, we ask that they also cover the costs of returning the goods. We will carry out a thorough inspection before processing the refund. If no signs of deliberate damage are found, we will process the refund as stipulated above.
     

  4. Return Shipping: You will need to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of items.
     

  5. Goods Condition: Returned goods should be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error may not qualify for a refund.
     

  6. Exceptions: Some types of goods may be exempt from the cancellation right. This includes, but is not limited to, digital content that has been downloaded or streamed with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of cancellation rights.
